Hi Folks,
I'm looking some advice on how best to assemble the crankshaft for my WD G3. The crank has been completely disassembled, I have all the necessary bits, but the problem I have is how best to line up the timing side crank in the flywheel?
Obviously the oil ways need to align, but I'm more concerned with making sure the timing gear is in the right position so the valve timing is correct. I've found references in the handbooks to using a jig, but nothing more, and would appreciate any advice on how best to proceed.
Thanks,
