I've received the attached image of a Model 18 from around the 1955 era, can anyone both confirm the model and tie the year down to something more specific?

Candlestick rear suspension and iron head so I would have guessed around 1949/50?

49/50 with candle sticks and kidney shape tool box and the rear oil tank pipe bent forward to clear S/A, makes it MS ( both pipes went straight down on rigid frame ) . I would have thought 16MS.

1953 AJS 16MS, 1939 BSA 250 and a 1/3 scale Sopwith Triplane but that's another story .....
