Why does Eamonn's posting remain at the head of the list, is this some form of nepotism?

This topic stays at the top as I've made it 'sticky' - its a bit like wearing socks for 2 weeks solid and then throwing them at the wall to check if they're ready for the washing pile yet [:D]

Nepotism ? - no I've never been to Nepal.
