Re: Kempton Park
Had this response from Tom at Mortons
"We are encouraging people to purchase their tickets in advance but you can still purchase your tickets on the day using a contactless payment method."
so it looks like they have decided to topple the King. Long live the revolution!

Clive, don't expect to use your contactless card with me and probably most stall holders, as we don't have the equipment!
You will be welcome for a chat, social distancing of course, there will be no one allowed behind the tables!

Just received the stallholders Safety Plan from Mortons, Face masks will be obligatory when visiting the stalls inside, outside the recommendation is to keep left and social distance.

All a load of old shit there is no way they will have enough staff to enforce this, they can write all they like to cover themselves and that's what they have done.39speedtwin wrote:Just received the stallholders Safety Plan from Mortons, Face masks will be obligatory when visiting the stalls inside, outside the recommendation is to keep left and social distance.

Re: Kempton Park
Looks like Kempton May have just crept in this time. News is that groups of more than 6 people are not allowed from Monday. The news report I read was not clear on how this would affect outdoor events such as Autojumbles.

Please be advised that Kempton jumble has been cancelled, apparently Local Council would not let it go ahead.
Please advise anyone you know who may have been planning to go.

Re: Kempton Park
I have had three phone calls from Mortons all in the space of ten minutes telling me is cancelled but not until 4 O'clock . There will be many that have already set off 😩
