Re: Raffle Bike 2020
Sending someone a refund that paid a pound in cash would cost the club approx 75p.

Re: Raffle Bike 2020
Why not keep the stubs let the people who have paid keep the tickets and advise that they are valid for 2021 raffle - i would use the same prize bike and not sell any further tickets for this year.
What do you think - no need to refund keeps faith with those who brought tickets, and i dont think anyone would blame us under the circumstances.

Yet that would be the best option and are waiting for the licensing authority advice or rules.

Roy's right, need to know what is allowable before taking a decision. Then consider other factors, such as reputational impact? What others are doing? Etcetera.
Regarding refund, that's why I planned to do online. Will wait.

Re: Raffle Bike 2020
I am throwing darts in the dark here, Is there a contractual case here, There has been people raffling their homes off, then tried to cancel or reduce the prize to a cash sum, and then people where threatening to sue etc. I'm sure there maybe legal experts in the Jampot membership that can advise.
