Perhaps I'm just devious, but couldn't you just send a photo of a relevant machine, if necessary photoshopping the number plates in?
So long as it's a standard machine, who'd know?
Any nearby Club member with an equivalent and you could slot the number plate on?

Also think of all the 1000's of applications they deal with. They should be well aware of far more tricks to fool them that you could ever imagine.
