Browsing the Web page

Post by Martin.S »

I find the Jampot web page so difficult to use - when I'm at work I can usually find the Archive stuff(little else as it gets blocked) but here at home I can't.
I am at present looking for a diagram of the lightweight gearbox - I'm sure I printed one off at work but I need another but where do I find it?

There's a lot of info in Christians Archive but they do take a bit of searching. Here are two exploded diagrams but there are more:

L/W gearbox overhaul with useful good quality photos:

I found this on christians archive

1957-1964_LW-Engine_from_Workshop_manual.jpg
Under workshop books.

Its great, you can magnify in and work a few extra bits out.

Trouble with this site is it has too much information for a casual visit. When you get to understand where things are you realise what a great asset it is and how lucky we are

You must be logged and then click on 'Tech. Articles' at the top right of this (Forum) page.

Ah, I've just accessed the tech articles without being logged in....... :? Lucky for non-subscribers ;)

To find topics/previous discussions in the Forums go to the magnifying glass below and to the left of the 'Tech.Articles'.

I think you can read the titles but have to be logged in to get the document.

Hi for gearbox rebuild I just used the excellent gearbox rebuild thread by Clanger 9 . Lots of info and saves a lot of searching about on the web, unless you enjoy the research part . Life's too short to reinvent the wheel :D

Quests have limits on this club website. Certain areas are for fully paid up club members only.
If you are referring to what is know as Christians Archives. This is another web site, http://www.archives.jampot.dk, which is not this club web site.
