Here are two fraudulent listings for a G50:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MATCHLESS-G5 ... 2852616150
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MATCHLESS-G5 ... 2852628876

Both reported...

[edit: looks like eBay took them down already. Along with nearly 5,000 other "listings" at the same price under that account... :headbang: ]

The scam ads are quite easy to spot Chris, just look for a bike that is ridiculously cheap (G50 for £5k, 7R for 35p etc etc). Just remember the old adage, if something looks too good to be true................

They are still there on my computer Rob, 3 ads for the same G50, same price (£3k).

Search "Matchless' in "Motorcycles and Scooters'

Not on the only two links that were given. Not bothered trying to find anything mentioned with no links to refer to. Some listings may show a picture of a bike, the state in the small print you are bidding on a tank as seen. or something like that. Same applies if you see a load of parts pictured and you are biding on one of the parts only. You need to read everything before bidding or thinking its a scam. Quite often a picture is just a catch, you end up getting one nut instead of a bag full. Or the likes.
