Yes Exhaust pipes are from Armours and fitting loosely in the head to be adjusted, the barrels & head are fitting I believe right, it must be has you said the middle panel as anyone out there got the right for the bike

Uncross your fingers as I'm afraid the only one I have left for twins is the same as you've got. As it's painted just keep it and put on a polished short bellmouth with the gauze in it, available from Surrey cycles very good quality but not cheap. The parts service will be having more made but can't say when they'll be available.
