Hi all.
There are many parts available around the world for these "Morris Minors" motorcycles... but often we need to know the AMC part number we require.
Where can we find exploded drawings of G3L bits, with all parts numbered?
Eg. Engine or Forks

Check to make sure the manual you select is an illustrated one as some are not illustrated.

Hi Stuart and welcome to the club. One of the resources we have for AMC is the wonderful Christians archives. It's not actually a club resource but a free to use archive put together by many people, some club members and hosted in Denmark. It's well worth an evening spent looking through what is available. The illustrated parts list and manual for your bike is likely to be there although the competition machines sometimes have an unillustrated addendum with part numbers for the different parts to be read in conjunction with the road parts list of the same year.

As for Morris Minor bikes I suggest you show a little more respect for our venerable bikes!

Hey "Morrie Minor" is no slur!
Fine piece of Pomgolian craftmanship.
I LOVE the lack of pretence the G3L has.... while she goes and goes and goes ðŸ˜
Thanks guys

Out here in The Colonies, the word is:
Only thing wrong with Morris Minors was that they were made too well. A mistake the British car industry learned from... after that they engineered failure into them... like rust traps and shoddy parts.
I see the same long lived quality in the G3L.
You paid your hard-earned... and you got a vehicle made to last.

I've posted this before, but to me it's precisely the attraction of these old nails:Braaap wrote:I LOVE the lack of pretence the G3L has.... while she goes and goes and goes ðŸ˜
