I fitted Armours stainless siamese pipes to my 31CSR (1966). I had to make up a new mounting bracket for the pipe as the mount wasn't the same as the original, which had a lug, with a 'nut' welded on the pipe.
They were a bit tricky to fit and the nearside pipe refuses to stay in the head as far as it should, quite easily sorted, just haven't got round to it yet. All in I am happy with the pipes, but not so much with the silencer, which is chromed (there was not a SS silencer listed) and is easily grounded when 2 up. I have raised the silencer as much as possible but it's still too low
Was given a recommendation at the Alternative Rally for someone from Czech Republic that made pipes/silencer but as of yet he has not emailed back.
