Rob, you're dead right! I am a bit large for such a machine - but it's OK for an hour or so. I tend to lend it to smaller people though mostly, to be honest. While I'm on it, I use a home-made push-pull manual gear-change device as my foot doesn't easily fit between running board and lever. That's why I preferred the hand-change.
Twas good to see you too. (Got a bootload of TT100s from Andy down at Beaulieu, good visit to the Sammy M museum afterwards, so one way or another a useful trip - and I will fit the new stand before long!)
