Visit Cornwall british bikes

Hello Im peter from holland and within 2 weeks Im gonna visit Cornwall for a week.
Is there a brit motorcycle museum or brit bike shop you must visit!!?

Hi Peter, whilst there are some fabulous roads and scenery here in Cornwall, we don't have a particular bike museum...To be honest most of the classic bikes down here are still used!
There is a car dealership, Hawkins Motors, and the owner who is from the older generation has a private collection of bikes and if asked nicely he will show interested people, but it's not really a museum....

There is also Camelford Bike Bits, old school Brit bike shop....

Thanks for the replay. We sure gonna use the info. About sammy miller. Visit always on the way home. last year visit torque area and visit sammy aswell .Go from cornwall to eastbourne . Stay there one night and travel the next day to holland again. Regards peter

We visited Hawkins Motors during the Cornwall VMCC Rally week last year, there are some very nice pieces of machinery there plus a Cafe to relax in after looking around the bikes. Well worth a visit.

Well thanks. See on maps that hawkins is 14 miles up the road and camelfordbikebits bit further up north. Half a hour drive. :D

And I'm about twenty minutes from Camelford and I've got some lightweight bits that i have found when i tidied out the garage last month.
