It won't be for want of preparation. I've been giving Vesta a few rides out over the last 10 days and intend to do a few more until the day of departure. Since 7th March I've done 400 miles without any faults. I know that's not a lot but it is encouraging. Of course, that was in warmish dry daytimes. Cold wet night-time is something else.
