Alternatively get a scaffolding plank from your local building supplies merchant and cut it down to just longer than your bike then mount a lazy susan on it. I got one these below and it works well

I use a motorcycle tail swinger, it rotates the bike 360 degrees around the front wheel placement point, they often turn up on ebay.

I also have a hospital bed converted to a bike lift. That will turn easy, if I had space to turn it.
