If the number is 1414 then its either been restamped or is as Frank has suggested, a longstroke from the early 50's.
Are you sure you haven't missed an extra digit making it a 5 figure number?
As for Frank's query on the magneto rubber I picked one up last year from Jampot Spares. I am sure Jim still has them in stock but would suggest a call first to check. Part number is 022178 (Section A of the parts book). In the current book they are £1.59 plus VATplus P&P
