I'd like to recommend Central Wheel Components of Colehill, Birmingham. I supplied them with a cosmetically tatty hub which they powder-coated before lacing to a British deep chrome rim (black central band).

I suspect I could have had it done more cheaply if I'd shopped around, but they're good people to deal with and the quality of the work is top drawer.
