Welcome to
the East London &
All AJS & Matchless Club members and prospective members are
invited along to our twice monthly meetings on the 2nd
& 4th Thursday of every month (7.00pm –
10.00pm) Since the Covid situation our meeting places
have varied, mainly to suit the weather at particular times of the year. We are
currently meeting Here

Our meetings are informal and
occasionally we have something different or a family social evening as part of
our club night. Throughout the year we take part in bike shows,
continental visits, intersection meetings and just riding for the enjoyment of
it. As well as weekends we now also have some mid week runs and lunchtime mid
week meets during the summer. These runs and meets are held monthly from April
to September, with the meets on the first Wednesday and the runs on the third.
We are interested in all aspects of
motorcycling (trials, scrambles, road racing etc, as well as road riding and
restoration.) and we like to encourage members and friends with both restored
and un-restored machines to come along and join us. Club nights can also prove
to be an invaluable source of information for your technical enquiries and a
fellow member’s experience, or bike in the flesh, is often better than any
reference library when you can’t quite visualise how the rebuild is going to go
back together.
Don’t worry if your bike is not running it is not necessary to
turn up to meetings by a bike of the marque (or
indeed any bike) and maybe we can somehow help you get your bike running, as
another member might have experienced the same problem in the past.
